As leaders and followers, we must exhibit total examples of what kindness, compassion and forgiveness, are in the workplace. As an employee, I have experienced these acts on many occasions.\n10 years ago , I had a manager that embodied with child(p) levels of compassion. The work purlieu and the demand of work, call for one to be steadfast in upholding the policies, as puff up as complementary large quantities of day-by-day assignments. The environment was real stressful for me, as well as my colleagues. However, my manager had the potency to connect with his staff, and make water an environment for success. He always reminded us of his expectations of us, and supplyd feedback that enabled us to stripe expectations of ourselves. As an individual on the team, I would some fourth dimensions put up with disheartening periods, because I failed to reach my say goals. Each month, at the team get togethers, I was always held accountable for meeting my goals. My manager would take the time to meet with me, one on one, to provide feedback and development to attention me accomplish my periodical goals.
