Government in general is expected to do many things for the people it serves, to wit to govern. It is not unreasonable for a countrys political science to provide a bureaucratic infrastructure in which its constituents house expect, even demand certain rights will be licitly dod. A country ensuring a right to victuals within its constitution is silly and redundant. If Indians are ensured the right to life, whence it would seem that all the rights that come along with sustaining that life would be automatically attached to the right. Putting the right to fodder galvanic pile on paper is similar to looking under a childs bed for monsters and promising them there is aught there. Promising a right to food is chasing away a boogey man with a futile gesture. No one denies individuals see hold of to eat, but putting that into writing does not put food on an empty plate.
Already India boasts s perpetuallyal state-run nurseries that provide food to its poorest citizens in rural areas. The biggest critics of these nurseries are the very people it serves.
